The short version: we use your email only to send the editions you pick. We never sell it. To be removed, email info@callsheetbids.com.

What we collect

• When you sign up: your email, the edition and trades you pick, your language, any certifications you tick (such as City-certified M/WBE) and the page you signed up on.
• If you sign up from the Bid-Ready Score: your answers and who handles your bids.
• Nothing else. We don't keep your IP address or browser details with your sign-up.

Where it's kept

• Until our emails start, sign-ups sit in a private list on Cloudflare, the company that runs this website. Only we can see it.
• Once they start, your email and picks move to Buttondown, the service that sends our emails. Like most email services, it tells us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.

What we use it for

• To send you the editions you picked, scored for your trades and certifications.
• Once, when sign-ups open: one email with a sample issue.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your information, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
• Ask for your passwords to bid portals or any other site.

This website

• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to each page. It uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
• When you sign up, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person, not a bot. Cloudflare runs that check under its own privacy policy; we only get a yes or a no.
• Our fonts load from Google Fonts.
• If you pick dark mode or a language, that choice is saved in your own browser, not sent to us.

Public records in our emails

• Our bids and leads come from official public records about businesses and public contracts. We leave out private individuals' names, such as homeowners on building permits.

Getting removed

• Email info@callsheetbids.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your details within a week. We keep only a coded note not to email you again (it doesn't hold your address), so you aren't added back by mistake.
• You can also ask what we have about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
